Lord of the Rings trilogy. In that, I have seen each film individually more than ten times. (Shit, I think I saw Fellowship ten times in theaters.)

We'll go with most recent, which would be Superman Returns, which I saw twice.

Johnny Depp, Cate Blanchett, Brad Pitt, Bruce Willis (OMG Die Hard 4 squee!), Kate Winslet.

Richard Gere, Nicole Kidman, Renee Zellweger, Russell Crowe.

I totally own Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure on DVD.

Jim Carrey, whom I love, who should have two Oscar nominations at this point.

11. Have you ever seen a movie in a drive-in? If so, what?
Yes! We used to go to the drive-in a lot. I specifically remember going to see The Phantom Menace there.

12. Ever made out in a movie?
No. Although a high school friend of mine once lifted up the arm rest and asked if I wanted to cuddle, but then I think got confused or something in the middle, and it came out "cuzzle." Which has provided a lot of laughs over the years.

13. Name a movie that you keep meaning to see but just haven't gotten around to it.
Casablanca? *is shamed*

14. Ever walked out of a movie?
Actually, yes; we walked out of Lady in the Water because it was filled with high school students who were running around and making calls and laughing and talking, and the management wouldn't do anything. So we got a refund and left. I still haven't seen that movie.

15. Name a movie that made you cry in the theater.
Finding Neverland. When Kate Winslet walks into Neverland? My throat was *this close* to closing up, I was working so hard to not sob out loud.

Mmm...

17. How often do you go to the movies (as opposed to renting them or watching them at home)?
At UT, we've been going 4-5 times a month (although I'm including occasional BSG at the Drafthouse in this); left to my own devices at home, though, I average about once a month.

18. What's the last movie you saw in the theater?
Blades of Glory. Heh.

19. What's your favorite/preferred genre of movie?
Science fiction/fantasy. My preferred genre of everything!

20. What's the first movie you remember seeing in the theater?
The Little Mermaid.

21. What movie do you wish you had never seen?
My Life Without Boring. Damn you, Leonard Maltin!

22. What is the weirdest movie you enjoyed?
Hmm...probably Forgotten Silver. I think a lot of movies I like that are weird, I don't realize are weird.

23. What is the scariest movie you've seen?
The Exorcist. So scary I haven't finished it.

24. What is the funniest movie you've seen?
I've never laughed harder the first time watching a movie than at Zoolander. I remember Caroline and I pausing the DVD twice so we could catch our breath. "Listen to your friend Billy Zane!"

It's not that I've fallen behind on uploading new music; I haven't really been downloading much new. One of the happiest moments for me recently, music-related or otherwise, was Laura getting her hands on the Pianist soundtrack. Is anyone interested in that?

Speaking of which, it was funny tonight, but I think I'm officially over Jim/Pam. Whatever, shut up, just give me more Toby.

I just started reading The Golden Compass, off a recommendation from Dan, who also lent me the books. (I'm making him read the Mars trilogy, ahaha.) I really like reading YA fiction, in general, just because at the end of the day they're usually pretty good stories. I've been stocking up on my old favorites when I go to Half Price Books, and they're quick reads at that. Being as how it takes me a month now to get through a book, I appreciate one I can finish in a week.

Anyway, so far I'm really enjoying it. It's actually a lot more sophisticated than most YA books I'm used to, and a hell of a lot darker. So far, there've been severed heads, kidnapped children, and the young female protagonist has gotten drunk and smoked. Oh, England.

Boy, am I glad I got the coffee ready last night, so all I had to do was lurch into the kitchen and press the button. This morning was...difficult, to say the least.
